May 14, 2015 - A representative from Nationwide Intermiediary Services LLC '' called me at my place of employment when I was not there and spoke to - of my co-workers telling her I was being sued and there is a case with the Superior Court and gave her case numbers and detailed information about this issue. I called her back the same day and she told me I was being sued and that the Superior Court was involved and had a case against me.
