Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to October 16, 2015 - If I am I am 1 day late the creditor calls my house cell and job I have told them not to call my job because it is a personal call so they call my job ask for me to make sure I 'm there then hang up .I am not even behind by months only a few days .my job hours and the creditors hours are the same I have a day off n the week every other week then I go pay them but if it is 2 weeks after the due date that I get to go pay them they call me everyday with messages on my VM hang up calls at work and calls at home I could see if I had an outstanding balance but it is not only a few days late and the ... |
