Prince Parker & Associates Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt January 31, 2017 - I am the third party. This company called me regarding my sister 's debt that I have no connection to at all. When I called them to tell them that they could not call me regarding my sister 's debt they asked for more information including phone numbers etc. They told me that they could not help me and to have a good day because they were a call center. I told them that they are in violation of the FDCPA and they could not contact me again. I told them I would report them and they hung up on me.... |

On - -, 2015 My attorney sent dispute letter asking for valid debt instrument. On - -, 2015 ( over a month after dispute letter - received letter from debt collector sent to me. There was a mistake and I do not owe the debt, they continue to harass and contact me instead of working with my attorney. ... |
