PayPal Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 31, 2015 - A few months ago, I had fallen behind on my bill with PayPal Credit. Within the last few weeks, they contacted my father to try to reach me. From what I had been told by my father, the individual who had called told him that I owed a balance and the amount of said balance.
