Every year Zions Bancorp needs proof of flood insurance coverage. The statement had an address on it that was unfamiliar to me. The address was - - HOLD AT UT - - DO NOT MAIL. I did some research and found that the address belonged to Nevada State Bank, an affiliate of Zion 's Bank. The address involved a service called External Transfer to a Friend. I spoke to a representative from Nevada State Bank who told me there was an online account under my tax ID and name, ( along with a signature card ), at their bank. The handwritten letter was from my parents who I 've gone to great lengths to severe ties with for safety reasons. The letter addressed a banking request ( they wanted me to remove my name from their safe deposit box ).
