A handwritten letter from another bank customer arrived tucked into official correspondence from the bank. The handwritten letter was from my parents who I 've gone to great lengths to severe ties with for safety reasons. The letter addressed a banking request ( they wanted me to remove my name from their safe deposit box ). The letter then included personal questions and information about my children as well as a request to restore contact with them. This is a completely unacceptable breech of my privacy. Any request to remove my name from a safe deposit box should have been handled by the bank exclusively.
