HIGHLAND FINANCIAL SERVICES (Closed) Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine September 21, 2015 - Continuous phone calls from company referred to as HFS trying to contact someone who does not live at this address/phone number. Each time recording directs me to hang up if I am not the person identified by the phone call. I have done that numerous times to no avail. I would like these harassing calls discontinued. ... |
