I immediately replied ( by certified mail ), requesting details of the debt, including copies of statements, amounts owed, prior collection efforts, etc. I received absolutely no response until yesterday ( - -, - ), when I received what appears to be a copy of a Garnishment Summons, relating to a judgment apparently obtained in -/-/- against someone with a similar name to my maiden name.
