She opened the account that day and said I was all set and we made the first deposit. She told me follow the instructions and to contact her when I was ready to start looking at homes to buy. For the next 10 months I made my monthly deposits. When I started to look at houses I emailed my mortgage consultant and made sure I had all of the deposits made and was on track. She then had me attend a first time home buyers workshop. I completed that and sent her the certificate... |
