Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker April 12, 2015 - In - we noticed the interest rates going up on our new home loan ; We went through a company called - - - - was working with us in trying to get our interest rate. - cooperated at that time. - ( - - ) did n't even respond. ( We continued to make the payments. ) The next year ; The interest rate started climbing again. ( No the - Turned out to be an interest only home loan, without us clearly understanding this. We had turned down a legitimate great loan but the sellers on the home, whom we thought were our friends, convinced us otherwise. Soon after, we went to -... |
