Sentry Credit, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action September 2, 2016 - I called your agency to inquire about possible payment plans and settlements available to me in regards to the unpaid debt. I was very professional and I explained my situation to the agent as to the reason why I had not paid the bill. The agency started off professional but the changed once I started asking additional questions about possible payment arrangement/settlements. When I did n't agree to what she was saying she started to get very forceful and aggressive trying to bully me into making a payment.
