I am being charged $ - monthly because I have not furnished proof of full coverage insurance. In my attempt to pay off the car early with -on the left, Lobel is trying to charge me the $60.00 in advance of the payments remaining. Immediately after I got insurance they raised the monthly payments. I called them and asked for them to mail my new account balance to me or email it and they hung up on me. I called back they said I have to fax a request. Now I paid to fax my request and they say they do n't know where to send the fax. So I send another fax with the fax number to send the disclosure to and they can not confirm they received that fax. They wo n't let me speak with a superior.
