He said he was sending sheriff to my job and/or home. I called number provided and agent said that they had called, sent emails and sent letters. I have not received them. I filed bankruptcy in that year they said it was taken out after that. This company has not contacted me up until today. I have not received any kind of paper work what so ever. I was unaware of the high interest rates on this loan and there came a point to where I could no longer afford to make payments. After getting calls from fraudulent lawyers stating that they were suing me for the debt owed I started doing some research.
