Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt July 17, 2016 - I keep getting calls and now I just received a letter from a an attorney w/o works with debt collector. These debts there referring to were included and discharged in my bankruptcy. I feel threatened and so much -. I have told them several times over the phones it was included in my bankruptcy.
