Midwest Recovery Systems Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt October 18, 2016 - A few weeks ago a collection agent called my - year old mother upsetting her looking for me about an emergency case and left a number. I called back and a lady said I was being sued for - account from 2008. I told her to stop calling this was way past 7 years old. Two days ago I was notified by credit karma that a collection account was put on my credit report. I called number on my collection account and spoke with -. He emailed me a letter of collection but claimed he did n't have original creditor info.... |

At no time was a company named. The recorded voice offered no identity. The gist of the message was, " I received an order for you. I 'm calling from the processing division. It looks like - charges pending against you. If I do n't hear from, you, I will actively pursue you at your place of employment and your residence. Midwest Recovery Systems Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay June 22, 2016 - recieved call on -/-/16 from MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS telling me that the local district attorney office had a warrant for my arrest and would be arrested and sent to jail today for a pay day loan check that is 11 years old.of course no one came and was only a scare tactic. the DA told me they dont take payday loan cases by texas law.... |
