Bank of America Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay February 2, 2016 - Bank of America repossessed my vehicle for missing only one payment because of banking account information error. I was given a chance to correct the error after the vehicle repossessed. I did reach out to Bank of America to resolve the issue in writing but the bank chooses to ignore my request.
