Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
Bank of American had repossession my vehicle for been 2 months behind the did not sent me a letter stated they was going to repossession my vehicle. The only letter I received was I was behind - dollar behind and i needed to get it caught up. After I contact them to ask what I need to do to get my vehicle back they stated you how to pay your vehicle off - because I was late on my account my last three payment. They ask me why was I late I stated my husband had a - -/-/- and I been the only one with income. The first lady I talk to she stated that they will ask for what you owe and fees for repossession. I stated okay and she gave me number to the repossession and they stated I have to pay the car off before I can get it back because I was late and I am 2 months behind. I want to know are they suppose to send me a letter to let me know that my car in the process of been repose before they pick it up. They only letter I received was I need to get my account current and the amount.
