Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Maryland
Bank of America repossessed my vehicle for missing only one payment because of banking account information error. I was given a chance to correct the error after the vehicle repossessed. I did reach out to Bank of America to resolve the issue in writing but the bank chooses to ignore my request. In my letter I politely request the bank to return the vehicle so that I will continue to make the payment as agreed under the terms of the contract. The bank prefer to remain silent and go a head with their plan and sold the vehicle for much less than what it worth and unfairly hold me responsible for the balance. I kindly request for the consumer protection bureau to investigate strongly, and as a result, release me free of any responsibility to clear my credit report history. Thank you
