Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

I was trying to get direct deposit so bank of America can get there payment the payment did n't get set up in time so I all bank of America I spoke to one of the customer service representative I was told she would n't she could n't accept my payment but could accept my late fee which was - dollar so from then on my account was late account was behind so far it is hard for me to catch so since then I have been making my payment so they told me they would wave all my late fee and for me to start paying - a month to get caught by they are not fair and they tell you one thing and do something totally different so my credit is mess up so therefore they are giving me bad credit. please investigate this for me please Thanks
