Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Maryland
I had made my car payment on - -, 2015 in cash by visiting the Bank of America branch. I got a phone call approximately one week after the phone call from the Bank of America and the person asked me when I would make the next payment and I assured her the next payment will be made within 30 days. About a month pror to that I had talked to a BoA rep and he said my car was up for possession if I did not make a payment and I immediately rushed to make the payment. The reason I got behind in making my payment was medical conditions and accompanying diffculty in landing a job. On - -, Sunday, late at night I get a call asking me if I was - -, I said yes and the person responded he has my car. I was confused what was happening. I called BoA - - on their customer service number and they gave me another number - to call at - .When I called that number the voice machine said I should call -. When I called that number they gave me a - number -, option -
the - - came to literally steal the car night of - - it was like a nightmare because I had made a payment - days ago and spoke with the BoA person - days ago. I was even willing to call the police and the recovery guy said he would call it himself and so as not to make a scene in the working class neighborhood I let the matter go. He asked me to remove my stuffs I complied. He asked me to give keys and I complied. I did tell him that this entire thing made me feel like I am in - -, meaning a lawless jungle. I lost my daily wages - -, 2015 because I could not go to work.
