( details can be provided ) At the same time we signed a legal binding Contract for and investor in to our business that ended up being a scam but we were still under contract. Having been scammed we had to default on the lease which had been sold to CIT -. We returned the machine within 18 months as that is when we found out we were scammed. Machines returned in 100 % perfect working order. Today they want $120000.00. They have had the machines for over a year we offered to pay the delinquency of $14000.00 plus attorne... |
