Titan Receivables, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine

March 28, 2017 - I continue to get collections letters from a Titans Receivables advising that I owe money from a bail. I have never bailed out anyone and I do not know anyone by the name of -. The bill is also spelling my name incorrect. This may be identity theft but I am not sure since I have not lost my ID in years. This is not my bill. The first bill stated a little over - dollars, now I have bills stating $3500.00 and $4000.00 as if this is collecting interest on my credit report....
