Experian consumers have reported over 1,518 official complaints related to Problem getting my free annual report. Out of the 1,518 consumer complaints against Experian, 9% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Experian responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 1% of consumer complaints against Experian resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 61% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
