Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report New York

I tried to get a copy of my credit report on-line at annualcreditreport.com but it would not let me. I mailed in a paper request to Experian with the required documentation. They never responded and I never got a copy of my report. It is important to me to get a copy of my credit report because I am a victim of identity theft. I also wrote to - in -/-/2016 to ask them to put a fraud alert on my account. I never received a response from Experian about the fraud alert.
