Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report North Dakota

Well over a month ago I requested a free credit report. After at least three weeks I received notification that Experian required additional information to process my request. I mailed the information back with a copy of the letter they sent me. I just received notice that Experian will not be producing my credit report because they " are not affiliated with the annual free credit report program. '' I am not able to contact Experian directly regarding this issue. Please sue the fecal matter out of Experian. Please fine Experian to the point of bankruptcy. Then ensure all Experian board members are placed in prison, for at least 10 years each. Thank You, - -
