Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Florida

I can not get my free annualcreditreport even though I send in the correct information. I have been denied. I tried by phone and the response to my information recorded was unlegible I could not understand the recording I had made and I was not able to get an agent or operator on the call. I Went online and was denied my annualcreditreport and I am seeking information on how I can get this report from all - credit reporting company 's. By the free annualcreditreport.com which I believed to be associated with the United States Government under Federal Government approval.
