Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report North Carolina

Several weeks ago I used a Public Library computer ( @ - ~ # - ) to request all three credit reports from www.annualcreditreport.com ~ I was not successful in my attempt ... so, I called the attached telephone number and ordered all three credit reports once again ( or so, I believed ). On -/-/2017 I received via @ USPS first class mail a credit report from @ - and @ - but @ Experian_US only sent a letter stating I had already gotten my credit report from their company. I have tried to contact @ Experian_US ( - ) without any assistance in resolving my issue. @ CFPB Please help me retrieve a copy of my credit report from @ Experian_US.
