Bank of America consumers have reported over 30 official complaints related to Wrong amount charged or received. Out of the 30 consumer complaints against Bank of America, 27% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Bank of America responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 30% of consumer complaints against Bank of America resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 3% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
