Bank of America Money Transfers Complaint

International money transfer Wrong amount charged or received

Bank of America Money transfers department,

International money transfer Wrong amount charged or received Texas

I have copied this from case # - so you can see why I need to submit another complaint, please read all the way down and look into new attachments. The new one from BOA, - - and all - - Newest argument on list -. I have been sending money to - to take care my mother who has - - via my sister 's account in -. Recently, I have used Bank of America, first one on - -, - - and - - and noticed OTHER FEES charged $15.00, $15.00 and $20.00 respectively on top of transfer fees $45.00 each. My sister was able to get the document from - showing the actual amount each time it went thru and it was less deposited due to " OTHER FEES " as above. I asked Bank of America what is that for? It said

i.e. third party bank showed. Why am I getting double dip from this big bank? It is WRONG. My friend used - and no other fee charges with - for wire transfer. Below is what BOA replied. Bank of America Corporation said : Explanation of closure We have reviewed the recent wire transfers and associated fees referenced in the inquiry. We have confirmed that the wires were executed in accordance with the enclosed Deposit Agreement and Disclosures publication, and the fees referenced were assessed in accordance with the Personal Schedule of Fees. We regret to learn of any inconvenience and frustration this matter may have caused, and apologize for any service provided that did not meet your expectations. We have enclosed a copy of the completed wire transfers and affirm that the intermediary bank, -, deducted the credit initiated fee for each wire. Therefore, we respectfully decline the request for a refund of the fees involved in the associated wire transfers. Please contact - for assistance in your request for a refund of the wire fees. I have found how BOA hiding the " OTHER FEES '' per my notes below : 1. - is the RECIPIENT bank not INTERMEDIARY bank. Look into - wire - from BOA please. Under credit info 2. Same document showed NO NAME on intermediary bank section on all 3 transactions 3. Same document, on the first section on the left, it printed " Beneficiary Deduction and Receiver Fees '' USD ... .that what " other fees '' charged to me by BOA . It is not even intermediary bank fee liked BOA claimed. IT IS A BOGUS FEE. 4. The amount matched all - transfers papers and they were deducted from here, BOA, before it reached -. 5.Look into - documents and they all showed the amount all less due to BOA charged that BOGUS FEE. 6. - has charged its own " inward commission '' in - - that I am fully aware of and it was separated. I have highlighted for you to see. 7. BOA lied to me and other customers with this BOGUS fee which is deceptive practice. And CFPB can help us to remove hidden fees like that. 8 .On the other note, funds transfer agreement document from BOA, I NEVER specify intermediary bank neither. This is global bank that does n't need intermediary bank to begin with. And they come up with " BOGUS FEE '' instead. 9. CFPB is the only agency that help consumers like me not to be taken advantages from this major bank. Thank you very much for looking into this matter.
