I have an account with Bank of America. I transferred - - $ to my mom to - in dollar to her dollar account at -. I paid the $45.00 transfer fees. My mom received only - - . - is not taking responsibility for the shortage of the money. They claim this is what they got. I also complained at Bank of America, but they are not taking responsiblity either. I need help!!!
