November 23, 2015 - We were mailed a letter from Pioneer about an open debt due to not having coverage for New York State Workers Compensation - on - -, 2015. They called two weeks later explaining if within 7 days we got coverage they could drop the penalty fine. We did so, I called back to show proof and make sure they gained the information of the coverage. They confirmed, I then asked when is the latest/due date for when the debt is owed. November 22, 2015 - I have been contacting them numerous times to advise them that I demand a cease and desist against an out of statute debt. They repeatedly send me letters that do not offer the validation of debt miranda nor the mini miranda. I have told them they are in violation of the FDCPA and to cease communication. However, I was a resident of another state that year, and paid my taxes there in full and on time. I wrote back with a letter attesting to this fact, with my state tax return attached.
