I have been contacting them numerous times to advise them that I demand a cease and desist against an out of statute debt. They repeatedly send me letters that do not offer the validation of debt miranda nor the mini miranda. I have told them they are in violation of the FDCPA and to cease communication. The last letter I got from them said that even though they are a 3rd party collection agency they are not subject to FDCPA rules and regulations because it is a government fine they are trying to collect. They have changed the structure of my cease and desist of an out of statute debt to show that I am asking for validation of debt which I am not. Again they keep stating they are not subject to FDCPA rules and regulations. Even after the cease and desist they have continued to mail me Dunning letters.
