No one at this address has ever applied for, been part of a business, or co-signed with anyone taking out a Small Business Administration loan. This company, Pioneer Credit Recovery, has been notified in the past that this debt does not belong to the occupants at this address. Yet, they continue to seek collection with letters threatening wage garnishment or legal litigation by the Treasury Department.
