Each response provided does not provide the requested documents needed to confirm this is in fact my debt. In fact their last communication accused me of submitting a frivolous request when this company has the obligation to validate this debt I say I owe. After being advised by identitytheft.gov I 've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see United revenue corp received it but nothing has changed. Never signed a contract with this company. I have written them directly and received no response. They contacted her father and got insurance information. On - the debt collector sent correspondence that was not sufficient to my request. On - another request was sent to the debt collector regarding the alleged debt. Although federal law requires a 30 day response, the debt collector has yet to validate this alleged debt with sufficient documentation and now they are in violation of the FCRA and should immediately removed this unverifiable information from my credit report.... |
