Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Texas
My daughter went to the - after a wreck she was in with me. She currently has - and did at the time of service. Her father has full custody and is responsible for all medical bills. At the time she needed med attention right away so I took her. They contacted her father and got insurance information. A few day later I got a call from the hospital saying the insurance was denied because the car insurance of the other driver was responsible and got the ticket. Her father contacted them and they agreed to pay the bill after all. About a month later I get a call from United Revenue Corp. I explained everything even gave them her fathers number. They stopped calling me then I saw this company on my credit report. I called them and they were very rude. Said I had to pay this. We called the hospital and they claim - paid the bill. I told this collection agency this but they said they have not received anything form the hospital. I told them even so I am not responsible for medical bills for the children as part of my divorce agreement. I am solely responsible for child support and educational bills for my children. They did not want to hear it my ex husband called they would not even talk to him about the account. Somewhere between - and the hospitable and them there records are messed up and this is effecting my credit now
