Medical Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
United Revenue Corporation Debt collection department,
Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Texas
On - United Revenues was sent a request for validation of debt. On - the debt collector sent correspondence that was not sufficient to my request. On - another request was sent to the debt collector regarding the alleged debt. Although federal law requires a 30 day response, the debt collector has yet to validate this alleged debt with sufficient documentation and now they are in violation of the FCRA and should immediately removed this unverifiable information from my credit report.
