I asked the company to remove payment for Flood Insurance with me this payment as it was burdensome for my family budget. Because of this, I 'm too used my credit cards for ordinary routine payments. Now Everhome Mortgage decided that my house does not need insurance. EverBank Mortgage credit decision / underwriting November 12, 2015 - I bought a house and got Everbank to to service the loan. I was supposed receive a credit ( loan origination fee, etc., were supposed to be waived ) for choosing Everbank. This is shown on the original HUD- that was sent to me by the Everbank loan officer two days prior to closing. When I reviewed the HUD- at the actual closing, the numbers were different. Based on our estimated new value, we suspect we would have hit 80 % LTV ratio on our mortgage. We submitted a request to our mortgage lender to cancel our PMI.
