March 30, 2017 - In -/-/2016 I called to downgrade my Citi ThankYou Premier account to a card with no annual fee. I did this before the annual fee was due on the Citi ThankYou Premier account. I was promised that the fee would be reimbursed and was approved for a Citi Double Cash account. February 21, 2017 - Citi Card opened a Costco credit card without my consent. This was the result of an open Costo - - being rolled over. After opening a card without my permission, I was automatically charged a $55.00 Costo membership fee - this charge was never automatically applied on Costco - -. February 5, 2016 - I have tried several times to get Citibank to correct the errors in how they are reporting my mortgage. This loan was forgiven -/-/- when the house was short sold.
