Incorrect information on credit report Account status Texas

I have tried several times to get Citibank to correct the errors in how they are reporting my mortgage. This loan was forgiven -/-/- when the house was short sold. Yet they keep reporting several delq. as recent as -/-/-. I am attaching the - showing forgiveness of the loan -/-/- and a copy of my credit report showing how it is reporting to my credit bureaus. They are destroying my credit and after disputing directly with them and the credit bureaus I have gotten no where. Please, please step in and make them remove this item all together from my credit report. Fixing it now is n't acceptable as they have reported it wrong for years and they should error in my favor as they have cost me thousands of dollars in extra interest fees by dropping my credit scores by - points.
