Incorrect information on credit report Account status Florida

I have repeatedly requested information/validation on this debt bearing my signature and have not received anything starting that I owe this company any money. They have repeatedly responded stating that they have investigated and verified the validity of this debt and do not allow me to dispute their claim. I have never done business with Macys, never signed a contract, nor do I owe them any money.
