Amex consumers have reported over 104 official complaints related to Account opening, closing, or management. Out of the 104 consumer complaints against Amex, 28% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 18% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 9% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I have had numerous AME- cards over the years so I believed I only had the Business version of this card.
