I contacted Credit Central on -/-/- to let them know I would be late making my payment. I originally spoke to - at about 9- of -/-/- after explaining to him my situation he placed me on hold. - - then picked up my call and answered the call stating " - - you are a sight for sore eyes ''. I then stated " excuse me ''. He proclaimed that I never showed up in his office on - -. I explained to - that I never stated I would be in the office on - -. I expressed to - that I told him I would mail in a payment but I was not going to be able to do that until - -. - then stated " Oh -, what am I going to do with you? ". I said " - I am very sorry but unfortunately I am having a rough time right now. I said I have been a loyal costumer of yours for years. I stated you have very rarely had issues with me not being able to make my payments ''. - then became agitated and stated " - - that is


going through and he said " You know what your problems are none of my bussiness ''. I stated " -, I know that I am just trying to explain to you financially where I am at ''. I stated I am trying very hard. '' - began to get louder with me and stated " you know what - - it 's called - and paying your bills. Deal with it and I will be seeing you in court ''. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company. Back in - I mailed this company a letter asking them not to contact me at work. I know the letter was received because my payment was posted to my account. I work at a - and we receive up to 600 calls a day. We have been asked not to receive personal calls at work. - and - would call me several times a day. If they were placed on hold they would hang up and call back. One call log showed within a 8 minute time frame they called 4 times. Several coworkers stated they were very rude and demanding. I had printed call logs and when I confronted Credit Central about it they lied and stated they had not called me at work. Also, I had witnesses at work who wrote down their names and stated they were very rude and they were going to contact management of our company if they called and spoke to them that way again. It was only when I sent a response to my county magistrate that the calls at work stopped. I can no longer deal with this company. Due to personal and medical issues I have undergone the past 3 years I have been diagnosed with -. On - - after speaking with Credit Central I had a - - while at work. I am not trying to avoid paying Credit Central nor am I disputing my debt. But I ca n't deal with the ongoing confrontations that result when I can not make a payment on time. The unethical insults such as a " sight for sore eyes '' or " - ''. It 's almost stating I am irresponsible and I am not. I have worked for the same company for 14 years. I have had this loan since - and if there is a time I am behind it usually means I have to come in and renew the loan. That is the only way Credit Central will work with you on making payment arrangments.
