Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Alabama

This is with Credit Central of - Alabama, fell behind on loan and can only pay - biweekly, yet company continues to call my job after my manager and i both asked not to call. - store manager advised if i paid my bills they wouldnt call with a very nasty attitude. This company is not professional and very belittling to clients. Since they are not governed under FDCPA, they feel they can practice like this.
