December 13, 2016 - they had a hack into their credit card system, I was n't informed that my card and all the cards who got hacked would be of no use. May 22, 2015 - I sent certified mail to Continental Finance -, they signed for the mail. They elected not to respond. I went above my legal obligations in an effort to resole my concerns and to have the bank update there records. I emailed the vice president of customer service, she explained that they never got any correspondence from me. I explained I had the signature card. At the time it was opened it was reported to all - credit bureaus. however, there were duplicate accounts on all three. I had only - credit card, but - accounts were showing.
