Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card customer service / customer relations March 14, 2016 - Hi, My issue with this credit card company is that i lost my credit card and I call customer services to speak to a representative who can help me and provide me my account number since I 'm trying to pay my total balance through a loan that i recieve and after they verify all my information they will not give me my account number, I went online were i have a user name and password to view my account, pay bills, etcs and not even in there i can get my account number, all other campanies can provide you with you account number after verifying that you are the account holder, but this VERVE cred... |

They elected not to respond. I went above my legal obligations in an effort to resole my concerns and to have the bank update there records. I emailed the vice president of customer service, she explained that they never got any correspondence from me. I explained I had the signature card. She explained it was my responsibility to send her a copy of said signature card. I reminded her it was not. She said she tried in good faith to respond. The account has maintained a good payment history since. At the time it was opened it was reported to all - credit bureaus. however, there were duplicate accounts on all three. I had only - credit card, but - accounts were showing. I accurately, disputed the - duplicates and left the - accurate account out the dispute in - subsequently, all my accounts were removed.
