Hi, My issue with this credit card company is that i lost my credit card and I call customer services to speak to a representative who can help me and provide me my account number since I 'm trying to pay my total balance through a loan that i recieve and after they verify all my information they will not give me my account number, I went online were i have a user name and password to view my account, pay bills, etcs and not even in there i can get my account number, all other campanies can provide you with you account number after verifying that you are the account holder, but this VERVE credit card is very shady. I need my account number in order to apy my balance through a 3rd party.
