Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card department,
Customer service / Customer relations Oklahoma
I sent certified mail to Continental Finance -, they signed for the mail. They elected not to respond. I went above my legal obligations in an effort to resole my concerns and to have the bank update there records. I emailed the vice president of customer service, she explained that they never got any correspondence from me. I explained I had the signature card. She explained it was my responsibility to send her a copy of said signature card. I reminded her it was not. She said she tried in good faith to respond. I then explained an example of good faith would be responding to mail they signed for. She disagreed and refused to remove said inquire and or provide proof I agreed to this company accessing my credit reports.
