This includes a " at their discretion '' $500.00 + cushion. I understand insurance and tax rates increase but $1000.00 in a year seems unlikely. Also since they have been managing the account they should have already established those balances last year and not come up short mid year. Why the sudden jump? Every time I call in I get a different answer to the same question. In addition, their staff must be trained to speak as though they are superior to the consumer.
