I never received any written notice of what was owed and I was never given the opportunity to dispute their claim. The individual assigned to my case '' was not helpful. I tried to work with a supervisor and was rebuffed. They will not verify the actual amount owed and will only take care of business over the phone. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls September 28, 2015 - I have paid my account in full ( less than 30 days since receiving notice ), and I am still receiving multiple calls per day. Today I received a call from Pinnacle debt collection and told the person that I wanted to speak with the representative of the company that holds my maintenance dues in order to sort out why they are saying I owe more money than was paid. He refused to hang up and blocked my line from being used for outgoing calls. I would hang up and wait 30 seconds and pick up the line to call out and he was still there.
