I have paid my account in full ( less than 30 days since receiving notice ), and I am still receiving multiple calls per day. Today I received a call from Pinnacle debt collection and told the person that I wanted to speak with the representative of the company that holds my maintenance dues in order to sort out why they are saying I owe more money than was paid. He refused to hang up and blocked my line from being used for outgoing calls. I would hang up and wait 30 seconds and pick up the line to call out and he was still there. This happened for over 20 minutes and I found it extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. I also realized that I was unable to call out if there was an emergency in my home.
