Pinnacle Recovery Inc. of - - -, -, CA -, keeps sending me and my wife fraudulent notices of a debt that they ( Pinnacle Recovery ) are attempting to collect on behalf of - - -. This mail fraud, identity theft and debt collection has escalated to the extent that a representative called our - - country landline home phone trying to make arrangements to collect a debt of $1100.00 ( USD ) via Credit Card payment. My Wife and I have never transacted any business with - - - We would very much like this harassment and fraudulent practice to cease and desist. It is all a scam, a sham, fraudulent, vexatious, tenuous and disgustingly opportunistic. Thanks in advance CFPB.
